  2. Rest when you can. Nap!
  3. Start a journal or a pregnancy blog.
  4. use non -medicinal remedies for problems like nausea,heartburn and constipation.
  5. Drink six - eight eight ounce glasses of water a day.
  6. Read yet another book!
  7. Join a prenatal yoga or exercise class.
  8.  
  9. Keep your prenatal appointements with your midwife or doctor. This will help ensure that if you have any problems that they are caught early and kept to a minimum.      
  10. Take an early pregnancy class.
  11. Remember to add 300 - 500 calories a day while pregnant.
